The presentation is intended to provide an awareness of the key fiduciary duties owed by a trustee to current and remainder interest beneficiaries, with concrete examples of difficulties faced in administering trusts, as well as claims and court resolutions of fiduciary conflicts. The presentation will also provide an overview of issues to consider in choosing an individual or corporate fiduciary for a client
