SUCCESS STORIES OF COLLABORATION

WADE CHESSMAN AND MARK RATLIFF

We will present how we collaborate together and with other professionals to provide high-level wealth management services to our clients. Specifically in the areas of wealth enhancement, wealth transfer, wealth protection, and charitable giving.  To be successful as a wealth manager, you must be able to accurately identify all the financial challenges of your wealthy clients, beyond investment management, to determine the best strategies for solving these challenges and then to provide the services and products to execute those strategies. As wealth managers, we know that we can’t adequately address the complex needs of our affluent clients about assistance. The key to success is a network of highly specialized experts who are able to identify and provide the optimal solutions.  Wade H. Chessman, CFP, has been assisting people with protecting, preserving, accumulating, and transferring wealth for the past fifteen years. As a certified financial planner professional, Wade has an extensive knowledge of financial planning issues, taxes, estate planning, investments, and risk management. Wade received his undergraduate education at the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. Wade is also a graduate of the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.  Mark Ratliff, CPA, has been a practicing CPA in the Dallas area for the past 30 years.  A graduate of Baylor University, Mark holds a BBA in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation.  He worked at Price Waterhouse for 6 years, private industry for 5 years before starting his practice in 1992.  He specializes in tax planning and preparation for individuals as well as all other types of business entities.
