The presentation will cover 20 rules every practitioner should know about marital property in Texas and suggestions on writing effective pre and post marital agreements. JEFF DOMEN is a partner with Goranson Bain, PLLC.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University and JD from Baylor University School of Law.  He is board certified in Family Law.
