It will also cover possible traps for claimants, including valid revocation by the transferor. Practical tips for dealing with issues with creditors and joint owners will be presented. Ellen, a shareholder with Burdette & Rice, PLLC, focuses her practice on disputes in trial and appellate courts concerning estates, trusts, and guardianships. She also advises estate administrators, executors, trustees, and guardians in uncontested administrations.
