Toby’s practice is focused on helping high net worth clients with the preservation and efficient transfer of their wealth during lifetime and upon death.  He is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He has served as the President of the Dallas Estate Planning Council and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas Bar Association Probate, Trusts, and Estates Section.
