DESCRIPTION:\nBREAKFAST MEETING\n\n\n \nWEDNESDAY, APRIL 18, 2012 \n\n\n \n(Breakfast served 7:30-8:00 a.m., Program 8:00-9:00)\n\n\n \nSOUTHFORK HOTEL\n \n\n\n(East side of US 75 just north of 15th Street)\n \n\n\nRESERVATION DEADLINE:  THURSDAY, APRIL 12\n \n(PAYMENT MUST BE IN COUNCIL’S OFFICE BY THURSDAY, APRIL 12)\n\n\n \n\n \n\n \nCREATIVE USES OF LIFE INSURANCE\n\n\n \nJIM TURNER\n\n\n \nThis course will introduce and explore the uses of life insurance through the concepts of Private Premium Finance, Creative Buy-Sell Planning, “Hyper” Funding Permanent Insurance, Private “Switch Dollar” and Advanced Gifting Opportunities for 2012.  Jim Turner, CLU, ChFC, AEP, in his 28th year with Mass Mutual, built his practice in Tyler, Texas which he currently maintains through the help of his 3 business partners.  In 2004 he took on the added responsibility as the Director of Estate Planning and Training Director for the Spectrum Financial Group in Addison.  He attained his Business Management Degree from the University of Texas at Tyler. He entered the Financial Services Industry in 1984 and has added to his Business Management Degree the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Accredited Estate Planner designations.  He continues his education today as he continues the course work for the Chartered Special Needs Consultant designation and presents continuing education programs for the insurance industry, CFP’s and CPA’s on an ongoing basis.  He has been active in the Tyler Association of Insurance & Financial Professionals and the East Texas Chapter of CLU & ChFC.  He has served on the Board of Governors of the Estate Planning Council of North Texas.  \n\n\n \nContinuing education credit pending for 1.0 Hour.\n\n\n \nMembership dues do not include meals.  Credit Cards are not accepted.
