This presentation is designed to be a guide to personal risk management for high-net-worth individuals and their advisors.  If your clients are like most high-net-worth individuals nowadays, they are underinsured, over paying, over-targeted in litigation, and dangerously exposed to risks that can profoundly jeopardize their lifestyle and rob them and their family of what they've worked so hard to achieve.  Specific “Red Flags” will be discussed so that you can advise your HNW clients to seek the help of a Personal Risk Management professional for solutions to their unique risk management exposures. Having the “insurance” talk is sometimes very difficult for advisors.  This presentation will help give you the tools to have a productive conversation with your client. Cliff Layfield, with Signature Select LLC, has over 30 years in the insurance/risk management space with carriers and brokers. He has been successful in developing a large network of wealth advisors, CPA's, Estate Planning Attorneys and Financial Planners. He has developed a skillset that allows for solution oriented success in dealing with High Net Worth families across the country. He has worked with several of the wealthiest families in the country in developing a successful full personal risk management plan. Many times this is done in concert with the other trusted advisors of the family. Creative solutions to complex problems are a standard that he brings to the table with every Personal Risk Management Review.
